I totally agree with you. The current state of the trophy causes great injustice. This trophy should unlock when we join a club in the elite division, or if a player has previously played for that club (before the club promoted to elite division) and the team reaches the elite division without him (the last required promotion win), the player should receive the trophy when he enters the Clubs menu. Plus, if the opposition team leaves the match, this must be counted as a win for the club.
Please EA, take action for this trophy.
I would be honestly surprised if they actually fixed this. It’s been since I can remember that these games didn’t pop trophies of the opponent quit the match. Let’s just hope they can correct the logic behind this one.

I just spent 2 hours with some pretty good guys, we won the four matches all having good marks, but the opponent gave up in the decisive match, EA is incompetent, no trophy obviously because the other team Rage quit, clap clap EA, top, thank you 🙂
EA plz fix this trophy.
