I had done 2 TOTW player pick SBCs at around 1.50am GMT and when I redeemed the player picks it gave me options for normal gold cards and not any of the TOTW players as advertised and I put my players into there and didn’t receive what I had exchanged for. I would like compensation for the 2 TOTW player picks I did and would like this bug sorted effective immediately

Happened to me around 9:25 EST, today. finished the 82 rated squad and got all gold picks. Can’t even play the game without being forced to pick one. I would like compensation for this.
