Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When buying a player right before auction timer expires, the game takes away the coin value of the player (for example 5k coins) but does not give the player into my squad. I have had this happen about 4-5 times with a total loss of about 50k coins.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game shows the check mark as if I have won the player, but upon checking my squad there is no player. When buying another copy of the player it shows no duplicate as if this is the only instance of this player in my team so this confirms the player isn't hidden in my team somewhere. I should be receiving the players I am buying from transfers.
What should be happening instead? I should be getting the player or the buy now should not go through.

I would like to get the coins I lost back. About 50k worth of coins because of this glitch.
