Trying to buy coins for fc 24.

I've purchased coins from [Edit - EA_Barry] and I've tried to transfer them the my FC 24 account.

I'm getting an error message saying "This acc. hasn't yet earned access to FUT transfer market on the web/companion app (or has been blocked from using the transfer market) please submit another FUT account or earn access to the transfer market and withdraw again"

I've been using the account and have had full access to the transfer market for a couple months, with no issue.

I only have one account with EA, i've verified it, provided all the back up codes etc. The matter seems to be at the EA side with my account, as I've followed all the instructions on [Edit - EA_Barry] and tried to withdraw several times.

Think I'm on the wrong forum, the game is on PS5.

Although the issues I'm having are on the website (so you could argue it's an issue on the PC )
