Found a work around, changed my PC date and time to 23 September, Closed EA app via task manager and then launched FC24 via desktop icon. This worked for me.

This works thanks a lot, it was a bit different for me after trying this method, so if anyone else is still having issues try fast forwarding a month to October and this part is the same, close ea app through task manager and load through desktop icon, it might load you in or in my case say “you need the ea app to play this game”, I clicked “ok” and it loaded me back into ea app, it said last played today (not October but it’ll say “last played September 21 or for some of you September 22”) , I close the app and revert my time back and restart the PC, afterwards load up the ea app and it’ll register you played and just click play and it should work. This is another method for those that the original method did not work for.
I LOVE you man
Can Confirm this works !
When changing your date and loading up the game , I got " you need to install EA SPORTS FC 24 to first to play " . After I got a most recent played date changed the date back and restarted.
thanks!
