I am unable to log into EAFC on ps5, I get an error message that says I can't connect to EA Ultimate team at the moment, it hasn't resolved yet. I can't connect to the web app, mobile app or any other platform. What do I do?

yesterday, I reset my modem and set ip up again. I deleted the game and installed it. It’s working now. I use PS5.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m trying to complete an SBC and it doesn’t let me it brings up an error message
What happens when the bug occurs? It say is that “There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate team servers. Please try again.”
What should be happening instead? It should be letting me complete the sbc
I have one day to compete the Tchouameni SBC please help me fix this before then.
i have tried everything such as switching players out of club and deleting clubs with concept players in it still doesn’t let me submit SBC’s.
