What happens when the bug occurs? i cant pass, score, or move my character when i lose the ball to AI i can play the game normally

i can play the game normally but once my players get the ball they start to dribble cant move or do anything i can play the game normally when i dont have the ball but once i do it dribbles no stop unplayable
