Ultimate team co-op not working eafc 24

Im on ps4 and tried to play Cross platform UT with my mate who is on the most up to date xbox s or x i cant remember what it is and this didn't work, when i go to the invite section it just showed offline friends and 1 of my other ps4 friends appeared in this section and not my friend I wanted to play with. I have spent £100 on the ultimate edition and very disappointed please fix this soon! Thanks
I am having same issue got freinds I have xbox x and have got freinds on xbox x ans s pluss pc ans PlayStation all show up on my freinds list but when I go to co op or freindlys online they'll not on list a when I try to invite them, please fix this EA as it worked on Fifa 23. But not Fifa 24
