Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your network connection

When I log into FC 24 from my EA Play account, I receive the message: "The EA servers are currently unavailable. Please try again later. For more information, go to ea.com/unable-to-connect." I have checked my internet connection and verified that there are no general issues with the EA servers. Despite this, I am still unable to access the Ultimate Team mode.

     I checked, and my account appears to be banned. That's why I contacted the support team.

    I was unbanned yesterday but still I cannot access ultimate team

    Yeah same and also cannot login to Companion app,but there is another thread for this problem
