Unable to connect to UT on WIFI, but fine using mobile hotspot

Question

Hi, since this morning I cannot access Ultimate Team while connected on Wi-Fi. I never had this issue before.

Sometimes, I am somehow able to connect to UT, but as soon as I want to check the players in my Club, I got a message saying that a communication problem occured with FUT.

I am on PC. I checked if my firewall was blocking it, it isn't. Everything seems to work when I switch to my mobile hotspot. Is my IP blocked or something?

Help please, feel free to ask for more details if needed

Reboot your router and connect to it directly with a cable if you can.

It is possible that your are having issues due to connecting to a corporate, University, military etc. network.

If that happens to be the case, your network administrator may be able to help.

Thanks for the reply. I already rebooted twice, and I cannot use a cable.

I don't understand why it would be related to corporate, university, etc since I'm at my own place.

I guess I will get a call with my ISP then.

I have no clue if that has something to do with it, but I enabled Random hardware addresses in Windows settings yesterday and I haven't had any issue since then. Fixed, I guess

There are many reasons why you cannot connect to the specified webpage. You can try to change the hardware, such as replacing the WIFI, or try to reset the software.
