Unable to do two step authentication

Hi,

i am unable to log into EA FC 24 as it is asking me to do the two step authentication but the code is being sent to an old email which i have no access to anymore. can someone please help because it looks like i cant access the live chat either all im getting is articles which do not help my situation at all.
