Unable to join or invite player

Hey guys, I now have a PC and my friend has a PS5 and Crossplay has been activated, but we don’t know how to play together. Is there a solution? There is a message that appears saying  Unable to joi...

Hey @hemzzyy1 does your friend have an active PS+ membership, is the account overage, are you both on the same network protocol?

    Yes my friend has active ps+ and We're not on the same network .. What do you mean ( account overage) I don't understand this

      I don't mean same network @hemzzyy1, I mean same protocol. Are you both IPV6 for example?

        I am having the same problem, and I have everything in order. On fifa 23 me and my freind could play friendlies, but not anymore.This simbol with the consol appears, any help?
