Unable to purchase FC points in Companion app

Hello, i can purchase FC points in game and in web app, but there is no possibility to buy it through the companion app. I already buy the game and played it on my PC. Why is that? Does someone hav...

I have recently seen many people have an option under packs and items that allows them to buy fifa points using the companion app on ios, even in the app store it shows that there are in app purchases and they are all fifa points, yet i don’t have the option to buy any in the app? i’ve seen lots of posts and people who have the option to buy them on the app, is this a bug ? and if so how can i fix it?

But isn’t the Fc24 Companian app trusted? there are already people who have the option to buy fc points on the app and it works perfectly fine, i am just wondering why don’t i have that option
