Unable to use an already evolved player in Fast Forward evolution

Agereed, tried contacting EA support, nothing and i mean nothing offerd as help, sadly what i expected as well.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8PM
What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You need to put a player called "stryjek" on keep up evo first then take him to the fast forward evo to find the problem
What happens when the bug occurs? It will say when you try to evo him " there was a problem communicating with the football ultimate team server. Please try again later"
What should be happening instead? It should work because i got all the requirements right and its not fair if it wont get fix because i spent 75k on that evo

please fix this ea i have tried all different ways nothing works 

Yesterday I tried to put my already evo’d Tristan Crama into the fast forward evo but each time I try I’m met with a message saying that there was a problem communicating with the eafc servers.

he meets all of the requirements and I’m still able to play online perfectly 

I am also having this issue on console, web app and mobile app. Player meets all requirements but logs out when applying evo.

Has anyone else had trouble with the Patrick Who?  to  Fast Forward Evo track with Tristan Crama?

It keeps giving me the error that "There was a problem communicating with the FUT servers. Please try again later".

Sad that so many ppl are having this problem and nothing is being done about it, see other threads with the same complaints.

Same on Xbox X and mobile App and website version of companion. It always shows a connection error or kick me offline.
