Untradeable Pack Showing as Tradeable in Store

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 01:30 PM
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into the EA FC store in ultimate team and look at the promo packs. The 3000 FC point pack for Centurions week 2 has the tradeable symbol showing above it.
What happens when the bug occurs? You purchase the “tradeable” pack and receive untradeable content.
What should be happening instead? You should receive tradeable content.

I purchased FC points specifically to buy this pack as I assumed it was tradeable, given the tradeable symbol showing above. After opening it, however, I received untradeable content. I would’ve never purchased the pack had I known it was a visual glitch and wouldn’t actually be tradeable.

@EA_Barry it would be nice just to get a short response/update regarding this topic - are the teams still working on this? Or is the issue completed?

@izzo5345 I oppened the 350k pack, got untradable content, it's sad that the EA team didn't release a single speach nor comment regarding this... I belive this was a lot of money wasted by our side that need some kind of serious response and care ..................

@EA_LeonSK Thank you for following up, but what will happen to me and those who bought these packs? Almost 10 days have passed and only the packs left the store and returned again

I would like to know that too. Is the issue completed or not? Becaus the X-Thread said there will be more additional information once the packs return. Packs returned, but nothing else happened.

Untradeable packs showing as tradable in store.
FC24 I am utterly disappointed with this as the only reason I purchased FC points is to get 'tradeable' players.
I am now 3 week waiting for 'compensation' It's a joke, how in this day and age can a company of this magnitude still mess up this bad and then tell you to wait like it's nothing. Pure scam.

I have the same issue and still waiting for feedback from EA.
Made a report 10 days ago and at the moment I still have not received any feedback. I have now chatted with EA 3 times and each time I am referred to twitter and now again to this forum. Through chat I understand that to other users where this problem was also the case this has already been resolved. I have not yet heard anything from EA yet!

My case got closed too, no response. I would really like to know wether you’re still investigating or the issue is already completed. @EA_Barry just a short update would be great! The Twitter-Post doesn‘t help at all.

Got 1800 FC Points back now, which is nowhere near the value I spent on alle the packs combined. Hopefully it‘ll be sent completely soon.
