I have the same issue and still waiting for feedback from EA.
Made a report 10 days ago and at the moment I still have not received any feedback. I have now chatted with EA 3 times and each time I am referred to twitter and now again to this forum. Through chat I understand that to other users where this problem was also the case this has already been resolved. I have not yet heard anything from EA yet!

My case got closed too, no response. I would really like to know wether you’re still investigating or the issue is already completed. @EA_Barry just a short update would be great! The Twitter-Post doesn‘t help at all.
Got 1800 FC Points back now, which is nowhere near the value I spent on alle the packs combined. Hopefully it‘ll be sent completely soon.
