Hi, my FUT Champions Play-Offs are stuck. I have 1250 Qualification Points, 6 Evergreen Entries left, but the game shows 0 matches remaining and doesn’t let me start a new Play-Off. EA can u PLEASE fix this bug in carrer mode where it doesn’t allow me to sprint in matches, at first i thought it was just gonna be one game but its LITERALLY every game that i cant sprint and im mad because i went on reddit to see if anyone else has had this bug and there are posts from 8 MONTHS ago 8 whole months saying they had this bug and after all this time u guys STILL haven’t fixed it what is wrong with EA like genuinely i’ve literally tried everything i started a new career mode, changed stuff in my settings, I literally deleted the whole game and redownloaded it and the bug was STILL there like its genuinely crazy😂 EA really doesn’t care about us, all they care about is moneyControls not responding properly in Online Seasons (PS4)
I'm experiencing a serious issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS4. In the "Online Seasons" mode, my controls are completely broken after starting a match. Passes, shots, and player movement become unresponsive or misdirected — as if I'm not actually controlling the players. This issue started right after my opponent with the username "nicole_gloria06" paused the game at the very beginning of the match. As soon as the game resumed, my controls became completely unresponsive and misaligned. This problem only happens in "Online Seasons". In Kick-Off or other offline modes, everything works fine. I’ve tested: Restarting the game and PS4 Reconnecting my controller Change control types None of these steps helped. It feels like control settings are not applied properly in Seasons mode. Hello EA, I’m reaching out because I genuinely need help. Case ID: 210347958 I’ve been completely locked out of my EA account on my PS5 and I’m unable to play FC24 or FC25 — games I’ve paid for and now can’t even access. The issue started after I changed some settings in-game, and ever since then, I haven’t been able to log in. I’ve tried everything on my end — restarting my console, reinstalling the games, clearing cache, checking my connection (which is wired and stable), and going through every troubleshooting step provided. I’ve never had lag or disconnection issues. This isn’t a simple network problem — something deeper is going on with my account. After contacting EA Help, the support agent told me there’s nothing more they can do and asked me to post here so the community managers or game team can see it. That’s what brings me here now. It’s frustrating to be told to just “wait” without even an estimated timeline or explanation. I’m simply stuck with games I paid full price for — and no way to play them. Just bought a PS5 and tried to load up fc24 but it won’t connect to ea servers. Checked on old ps4 and that still works. I have changed and tested DNS setting and re-connected, done a full power cycle as well as uninstalled and re-installed the game multiple times. Anyone from ea able to help with this as I’ve seen similar discussion but haven’t seen a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.55Views0likes0Comments
