Urgent!! - Account can't access transfer market - Web App

The community are having a big problem, please upvote this if you are experiencing the same.

I have been a FIFA player for a very long time. I also played over 300 games on FIFA 23. 

Web app is saying I don't have access to Transfer Market. I am hearing lots of players have same problem. Can you fix this ASAP?

    Hey all, 

    Our article on Help.ea.com has more information on why you may or may not have access to the early web start currently, I've linked it below. 

    Common issues I've seen that effect this thread:

    • You must be playing on the same platform as you were on FIFA 23 to earn access, if for example you played FIFA 23 on PlayStation 5 and now you're playing EA Sports FC 24 on Xbox Series X or PC, you'll need to earn access again on the new platform. 

    • Deleted clubs. If you've restarted your club after August 1st, you will not have access. 
    • Multiple personas. If you have a club on more than 1 platform in FIFA 23, the EA Sports FC 24 web app may think you're on a different platform. Click the settings cogwheel in the bottom left corner of the web app and make sure the persona matches the platform you're trying to access the web app with. If you have multiple personas that are eligible for access, you'll see the option to switch between them on this screen.  

    • Not enough games: In previous years we've seen players who weren't able to access the early web start as they hadn't played many games in the previous title, this threshold seems to be  ~100 games completed.
       
    • Terms of Service infractions: If you received a warning or ban from the Terms of Service team during FIFA 23, you will not be able to access early web start. 

    How to get early access to the Web and Companion Apps?

    How to get access to the Web and Companion Apps:

    • You must have logged into Ultimate Team™ and created an Ultimate Team Club in EA SPORTS FIFA 23 on your platform before 1 August 2023, to be eligible for early access to the EAS FC 24 Web and Companion Apps.

    • Your Ultimate Team 23 account must still exist.
      • If you’ve deleted your Club in EA SPORTS FIFA 23, you won’t be able to get an early start.
    • Your account needs to be in good standing.
      • If you don’t have access, it means you’ve either broken our rules in the past or you haven’t played long enough to earn this privilege.
    • Playing Ultimate Team™ in EA SPORTS FC™ 24 once you have the full game can contribute to earning access to the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion Apps.

    1. I can't login on the web apps. It says that I don't have it when i pre-order it on PS5. Is someone with the same problem?

    I bought ea fc 24 on a local store and the game is on cd,but the thing is i cant log in the web app because it says i need to open the game on my console ,and the game is not out yet just the web app

    Can someone help,or does somoene know how i can log into my web app?

    Hello i preordered ea fc 24 ultimate edition on steam,but i didnt got acces on web app,please help

    Hi everyone. 

    I have ultimate edition from steam.
    I have EA App bound with my steam account.
    But in web app they cant see my game or something like that?
    Anyone can solve ?

    I saw a post on here from a month ago with tons of people complaining about it... Looks like EA wont be fixing it, also have doubts the early access will work on Friday. 

    Can always refund on steam and buy it on EA's app, but then you will probably lose the August preorder bonus

    I'm having the same problem, really hope it's just servers and we can get on soon because I've preordered and played previous fifas

    Unable to login into web app. A message has displayed saying that I do not have an Ultimate Team. I played FIFA23 so this is rare.

    I have also been a consistently active FUT player and have never been banned from the market but logged in and am unable to access it today.

    Thinking an attempt to stop botting also caught a lot of legit players.

    EDIT:

    I have been seeing some people say the common denominator is that everyone who hasn't "earned access" never enabled the "Play Time" setting for Fifa23 so no game time was collected by EA.

    Is there anyone who did enable this setting and still can't get to the market? 

    EDIT 2:

    This was just fixed for me.

    I haven't logged on or done anything to "earn" access as tonight would be the first time I would be able to open the game.

    Hoping all of you guys are also able to access the market now and that EA has fixed whatever they messed up on launch.

    Hi, I havent purchased since FIFA 19, but pre-ordered EA FC 24.  On the web app login it's telling me first to go log into the console game (xbox) but it wont let me yet.  So I cant access the web app?
