User agreement issues

After scrolling through the user agreement on PS5 it won’t let me continue

since the premiere of EA FC 24, I had a problem with saving the settings, each time I started the game I had to accept the regulations again and change the controller and game settings, today unfortunately I cannot even accept the regulations, so I cannot start the game and it stays on this screen, I deleted the saves from the game , I tried turning on the connected controller, resetting the console and nothing works

i play ea fc 24 since the release and didnt have any problems at all. Now i came back from work and just want to play a little bit of fc24. When i started the game, i somehow have to accept the user agreement again. But here is the problem. I can only press three buttons (tried all the buttons): x for select, triangle for: view privacy wnd cookie policy and R3 to scroll trough the policy. 

somehow there is not a button i can press to agree with the terms. I already tried to look on the other page, but also there is not an option. When i press select, it says the following: You must accept the User Agreement to play this game. 

has someone experience with this and how can i fix this?

I have this issue right now. I finally bought the game and I can not accept the user agreement.
