UT: Can't toggle L3 for squad actions in moments

This is an absolutely ridiculous bug that should never have made it into the Beta. Here I am thinking, "Surely they are going to fix this, any update now."

When you moved shortcuts to L2, did it not occur that you would have a conflict with Squad Actions and Objective both using R3????

Just make the Objective use a HOLD on R3, problem solved!

How are we wrapping up Season 1 and this is still broken?

It's obvious EA doesn't QA anything!
