My verification code is being sent to a half email address and stopping me playing FC 24 which I have spent a lot of money on. Is there anything you can help me with?

Thanks.Can you send a new verification code so I log into fc24 , the original email which is linked to my PSN I do not have access to so I need a new verification code to my new email address. i’ve tried contacting Microsoft to retrieve the email, but they’re no help,
that’s all I need is for someone in the department to turn off their verification so I can actually login to FC 24 and start playing it again, I’ll buy this game every year and spend a lot of money on it and I have not been able to play it for about four weeks and I missed out a lot of stuff that I enjoy doing on this game. I’ve tried deactivating my old email address On the homepage, but it doesn’t let me do it because it sends a code to the hacked email address.
