Very poor gameplay and data centers/servers

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There used to be an option on Fifa 22 when you could report network issues during the game when pressing pause, but you've taken the option away.
What happens when the bug occurs? Connectivity has been an issue every ea sports fifa or now fc game. This weekend was by far the worse i've experienced and I've now since deleted the game and will be looking for a refund soon. The gameplay is so unstable and unsteady, I keep getting put on slow sluggish servers/data centers and all of my players feel like bronze players. Cant dribble, cant tackle or pass efficiently due to the servers/data centers.
What should be happening instead? Normal consistent gameplay
