Let's try a couple of things to see it solves the issue.
1. Once you click on Volta, try closing the app completely before getting the error and load the game back up again.
2. If that didn't work, go to "Settings", "Edit Teams" and then reset all squads. Try to log into Volta once with the squad reset and once with the latest squad updates

I tried both suggestions here but it did not work unfortunately, the problem still persists.
