I'm the main author of this post (whittle181) now posting on a brand new EA account.
I can't believe it, but I found a fix. I thought it was over because EA are about as helpful as a chocolate teapot.
I know for everyone this method will not be ideal, but if you want the achievements that go along with VOLTA then you have no other choice.
1. Create a new email address.
2. Replace and link it to your platform (PS4, PS5, Xbox etc).
3. Unlink your EA account on the EA website.
4. Contact EA customer services (preferably live chat) and ask them to delete your account.
5. After 24 hours, load up FC 24 and link your newly created email address to a new EA account.
Honestly it's annoying because I had my EA account for 12 years, but this is literally the only method to get it working again.
