We can't connect to the service you need right now. HTTP 404 error

Hi, My son can't connect to the FC 24 servers after starting the game on Xbox series X. It says "We can't connect to the service you need right now. HTTP 404 error" Then another messages pops up s...

I fixed it! Ok, the problem is that the email associated with your gamertag has changed from the one used to link EA to your Xbox or PS5 account. In my case, my brother's email was linked to EA but not mine even tho we were on the same gamertag. Once it was unlinked and relinked with my EA account it fixed everything. Hope this helps.

    You gotta go into safari or web browser and log into EA separately. As soon as I did that, It promoted me to confirm my email, sent a code. After that I was all good
