Been trying to log in to ea fc 24 web app but every time a message pops up that states: "Login unavailable. We're currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full football ultimate team experience". I have tried logging in from my phone and my laptop, yet nothing works despite me playing multiple hours of ea fc. Any solutions?

I wanted to login into the companion app after playing the game on my PC. But everytime I try to login I get the message you see on the screenshot, I don’t know what’s wrong and I also can’t find any solution on the internet. Also if I want to login on my XBOX-Account it worked, i could use the companion app just like I wanted. But if I switch to the pc-account I get the notification.

I've been affected for a week too already, I'm so mad, the support gave me a playstation Q&A thinking it was related to their server my god

Yeah the problem was, that I only played the trial version of EAFC 24, after I got the game through ea play pro I could also login into the companion/web app.
