WebApp not working error expired

Question

Hello. Ive been trying to play FC24 this year and i want to start. I have played in the past but now when i try to open Companion app on either PC or mobile i get this error. I logged onto console, exit ultimate team, close, open game multiple times but i cannot enter on companion app. Any help Please. It says early web and mobile access has expired (see screenshot) need help in solving this. Im playing fifa on PS5 and trying to enter the webapp on phone or pc.

This error could mean that you don't have the full&nbsp;EA SPORTS FC™ 24 game registered on the account you are logging with.&nbsp;
Is there a chance that you had access to the game only through the 10h trial that comes with the EA Play subscription?&nbsp;

yes i am in 10h trial with ea play but i didnt own fifa 23 either and i still opened everyday preview pack 🙂))&nbsp; shouldnt be that because as i repeat i didnt own fifa 23!!

In that case, you will need the&nbsp;full game on your account if you wish to continue using the UT web app and the companion app.&nbsp;
