Why am i constantly being disconnected from ea fc 24?
It's unusable right now, I can't even navigate the menus without disconnecting, all I wanna do is my sbc's. It happened all through my time playing champs finals this week too?
Please EA give me an answer & help with this issue, instead of ignoring me.

It sounds like you could be having some connection issues. I'll try to help with this. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
Connection is fine
It started happening after this Kylian Mbappé fiasco.
Community ManagerChances are excellent the reason you're disconnecting is due to being on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?
No! It's nothing to do with being wireless. It's always been wireless. Never been an issue.
Connection is 99 out of 100 and you think the problem is me being wireless. Don't be so patronising
Community ManagerThe problem with wireless is that it's not a stable connection. When it's connected, it's great, but wireless is prone to disconnecting due to interference. Especially, if your router is in another room. Walls and floors, that also typically contain wiring, along with the myriad of other signals in the area, are not going to create a stable connection. Just as a test, try connecting with a wire and see if there's a difference. Make sure you power cycle your network equipment first if you try this.
Yep, wired now. Same issue....
Community ManagerThat was quick. When exactly are you disconnecting? Also, make sure you power cycle with these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
