why can't I log into my ultimate team web app on google.

Question

when try to log in it the log in button is just grey like I can't even press it. I have tried to restart my computer and it dosen't work is it. I don't know what to do all my friends can log in but I am also the only one with a MacBook so I don't know if that is the issue

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Since you're on a macbook, I assume you use safari, so I'll share the steps here. Just note that if you do, you'll need to log in everywhere again, which can be a bit of a pain, but whenever I have issues with a certain website this fixes it for me.
