Why do yall not care, when 80% of the users is asking for repair

Its safe to say, we all like fc, we always liked it, in good and bad ways. But this. Legit this current state. Really no one is liking this atm, and yall dont care. Call things skill issues, and clearly do have some time to add new money events like black friday, what i do understand tho. But also I'm not, we cant even finish  a game with a smile no more, everything goes wrong laggy inputs, stuck in menus, till even * up transfers, horrible AI. 71 depth cutbacks *, why u dont care that alot of ppl who played fifa online since the start, or maybe not at start but clearly for a long time, who influenced the game, who made yall make money, spending a * load on cards since buying coins outside the store is illegal, U let them rather leave and forget, then that u reads and investigate whats all wrong with this game atm, Honest I'm this close to delete cuz i can't take this bs no more. I spend more on controllers then on clothes lately. And I promised myself that I will not lose myself again to a football game, scripted to give u a hard and screwed over time.
