Same with me , I think they can fix it for us if we can make them hear this problem

    Agree! This should have been picked up as an issue by EA pretty quickly, and I think it probably has. Communications are terrible - a simple message of acknowledgement would be nice.

    Come on EA, fix the issue, and give us some compensation too as an apology 🙂.
