I gave up - running circles with EA Help. Already going back and forward 7 or 8 times. Some advisors didn’t even look at my message properly. The last one just said it would be submitted for a review and you may get it if many people have the same issue/“patchable”. Super annoying but I am not going to continue wasting my time for the 83+ x10 and x20 packs…
Exactly! They just keep on replying you with templates without reading your contents.
They just treat their customers as nothing and I am pretty sure I will no longer support products from EA in future.
