Wrong Division Rivals Pack

I choose the 1st option for the tradeable pack in the elite rank rewards, but the pack came untradeable, I bought 2 83x5 Europe and America packs instead of 4 83x5 packs, but they still arrived untradeable. Please help.

    Hi again; thank you for your patience.

    We have addressed an issue in which some Top Euro Nations and Copa America Nations Packs, which were part of the Rivals and Champions Finals rewards, were incorrectly awarding Untradable Items.

    Players who picked those rewards will be sent corrected rewards in-game in the coming days.

    I chose the tradable rewards why do i get an untradable promo card ?!

    Hello guys, 

    I just collected the rivals rewards (elite division) and I chose option 1 which should have two tradable 83+ x5  packs for euros and copa America players. However, all the rewards of option one I received were accurate expect these 4 packs, they came untradable

    Hi there. When are we getting the rewards sent. Its been a number of days since and I havent recieved anything
