Hey, i am trying to play PlayStation tournaments on UT but it always says something went wrong. How can i solve it

This is a PlayStation error and PlayStation is responsible for running these tournaments. i contact the PlayStation support first
they said this.code comeout with the game but not the PlayStation platform, they said they don't have the access to check the BUG
and advise me to contactEA support
Then you EA support tell me to contact PS support???
how can i fix the annoying bug on earth?!
you must give all the victim reparation!!

i was told by online PSN chat support to email [edit: email address removed]
which i have last week and suprise surpise - no response at all...
so now im banned for no reason of my own
i'm not going to buy any fc coins or focus on this game until ea or psn fixes this...
