XBOX ONE S/FC 24 DOES NOT OPEN

My Xbox One S device fails to launch FC24 in any way. Due to this issue, I reset my device, deleted the game, and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. Are there any other users experiencing this problem? Or am I the only one having this problem? And how do I solve it?

    Hello. My fc 24 doesnt works and infinite loops on the loading screen. Reinstalled twice. No USB connected when i reinstalled IT worked only once (2 times). When i left, i was not able to Play it again. Please guide me to fix IT.
