I am facing the same issue and just chatted with someone from EA Support. Here is their response (all in bold)
Thanks for sharing all this information with me. I can confirm that we were informed about this issue. Rest assured, our team is working hard on it to solve this loading screen issue as fast as possible.
Kindly keep checking the forums for updates, and once this is solved, one of our dedicated team members will start guiding you about the needed steps to fix this, or inform you that it has been solved from our side.
This can take from a few hours, to several days.
I guess many have reported the issue and they are working on solving it.
I would encourage everyone to write to them so they prioritize it on top of everything else.
