Xbox one: stuck in launch screen… takes ages

Since 2 days it takes ages that fc 24 launches (half an hour or so…😒) on my good old xbox one. All other games etc work properly.

more precisely, the whiite lainch screen with the black ea fc 24 letter appear for ages while the green triangle symbol at the bottom refreshes all the time.

Anyone else having that launch problem? New installation of fc 24 has not solved anything…

@rockiestroad UPDATE YOUR CONSOLE!! They solved it yesterday with a new patch/update.
Last week there was a bug in that August update. I had this problem for a week until yesterday when I updated the console everything works now.

Reset your console first if your game is stuck on loading

Hey, @gustavio1972 I was just curious if you had reset your Xbox to factory settings recently?

No, i have not reset the xbox. Should i do so?

Last week when I discovered a problem my first problem was when I started the game in was stuck in the white loading screen and nothing happend at all. I then factory reset my console and then everything worked again normally expect the error to access the EA servers but I could play offline.

Yesterday when Microsoft released the new update to solve the bug regarding connecting to EA servers with WiFi, I updated the console manually and found the update ”Settings > System > updates and after it was updated I started fc 24 again and finally it works with the EA servers with WiFi. Everything is good now for me and everything works now as normally again 🙂

This is definitely not a one off - seems to be a big problem for lots of people for weeks now - I'd this big ever going t be fixed - if it isn't i am going to be asking for a refund

Is your problem solved ? I have the same issue but still blocked on the white screen 😭
