What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 20:27pm
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know
What happens when the bug occurs? A display in the middle of the screen says "You are not actively playing the game." even though I am playing. This makes it difficult for me to see the middle of the screen This comes up as soon as I enter a game and does not disappear.
What should be happening instead? Not show the pop up

  • Whatever mode I play in ultimate team on Nintendo Switch there is this black sign in the middle of my screen saying “You are not actively playing the game 

    If you do not resume playing before the countdown expires, you will forfeit the match.” I stop playing for about 2 days, came back and it’s still there so please fix this

    You're not actively playing your game shows for the entire game while I'm actively playing games is there any fix?

    Device Type - X Box Series S

    Steps tried - Restarting game, pausing and un pausing game, started new game in EAFC, restarted x box

    Could not complete FUT Champions so was unable to win packs

    Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 7/23/24 - 7/24/24
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Every time I try to play a game
    What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It started after the latest update.
    What happens when the bug occurs? An alert appears on the screen every time a new game is started in any mode. It says I am not actively playing the game and a countdown will occur to end the session. Not countdown occurs and the message stays up the whole game.
    What should be happening instead? There should be no alert at all.

    This happens during every game. It only comes up during game sessions not on any menu screens,  half time, etc.
