Thanks for reaching out to us. I'll try to help with your connection issue. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

Hey! thanks a lot for the reply.
I have tried these steps.Restarted the router multiple times, restarted my Playstation, restarted FC24, reinstalled FC24.
None of these steps have helped me.PS : I usually have 250-300Mbps Internet.

Thanks for those details. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

In my case I already did all connection stuffs and still having the same issue.
All games in my console are working super fine, the only one that is having connection issues is EA FC, AND only in UT. I f I try to play career mode for example, I can do it easily.
Please, could you check the UT servers connection?
