Community ManagerThanks for those details. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

Community ManagerIt looks like your problem is being on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away? If it's too far, can you move close enough to use a wire just to test it out to see if there's a difference?
