2 years agoHave you contacted your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues with your connection? That would be the first thing to do.
You also can try using alternate DNS settings with these instructions. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

@EA_Aljo Yes, I contacted several times my ISP provider. But they dont see any packet loss on their test tools. Only EA connection report shows packet loss. This is only proof I have and ISP not considering EA connection report as valid test.
Is there any other way (or site) to verify these parameters - packet loss, jitters etc?
I will try DNS instructions you mentioned above next few days and will let you know the outcome.
