Your Account has been restricted from accessing any online features.

I have bought the Ultimate Edition and it says my account has been restricted? Anyone that knows the solution to this? EA's always up to something.

    Hey everyone,

    I can totally understand that this is annoying not being able to get in the game, but our team is hard at work trying to fix this.

    For our investigation, it would be really helpful to get some further information.

    Platform: (Steam, EA app, PS4, etc.)

    I have zero bans or suspensions on record. I installed EA FC24 and launched the game for the first time (On PC). Immediately, I received the message "This EA account is restricted from accessing any online features". Again, no ban or suspension of any form on my account and I am trying to play the game for the first time since pre-ordering the ultimate edition. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I can load into the FIFA 23 servers just fine with no issue, but I cannot access the new game.

    For those curious about a fix - I have not found one. I have tried the following with no success:

    ⚽ Re-installing the game

    🏈 Re-installing the EA App

    🏀 Manually setting my network's DNS signal

    (4) Re-installing the anti-cheat

    (5) PC Restart

    I am getting error 'This EA account is restricted from accessing any online features' while i am able to use web companion and web app. please help me

    @ashish0198 I have the same issue, one article said to disable the firewall but that didn’t do a damn thing. So frustrating
