@LosDiscos I agree that adding the ability to do some editing of youth players would be a good start, and would be in line with how Madden, NBA 2K and MLB the show all allow for in their manager style modes.
But I will say I really don't think it would be some big mountain of work for them to do to just fix the name pools, I mentioned it in another one of my comments, but FIFER's realism mod for the PC version of FIFA 23 fixes the problem, and he's a modder running off of donations from people, EA have all the resources in the world, they should be able to sort a fix that can get distributed across all platforms, as that Realism mod doesn't do me any good on my Xbox Series X.
Hell if they're just that lazy, they should just pay that modder for his work and then just integrate it into the official release, other game companies have done that before when modders have improved/fixed their games.
