I have tried many times with the help and it really just goes around in circles - the conclusion that I’m getting is that no one can do anything.
I’ve additionally posted on the evo forums, but until you’ve responded I wasn’t even sure the forums were being monitored - which is to say I really appreciate you trying to help.
Just bummed out because I have saved so many packs to get my 87 kdb (w/1400 games) upgraded with the fb version and can’t open any packs.
The stuck evo is also one of my favorites (86 Alvarez, who is way better than the 87) which I run in my full city team which isn’t particularly meta, but gets me to d2.
It’s very frustrating 🙁
It’s been weeks and I’m just trying to enjoy the game…

Seemingly yes, but looks like I would have to quick sell the evo card I’m trying to recover. Missed my window for packs anyway 🙁
Honestly, I would just love to hear that the team is actually working on fixing the bug that is preventing me from sending my evo to the club so that I can have the card I want, and open packs.
It’s really hard as a player base to be screaming into the void feeling like we aren’t heard, especially when we don’t have access to things we specifically paid to use.
I reached out to support again, and all they do is send me instructions on how to use the quick sell recovery feature over and over again.But hey, even with the squad missing some
key cards I managed to get to D1.
If there is anything you can do to escalate this issue and provide feedback, that would be awesome. There are a bunch of threads in the evo section that need a little tlc.
