Can't edit Squad via FUT Web App when I exit the game accidentally?

Question

I can't save my change to active squid after I exit the game accidentally once. Seems that I need to login to relogin the game again. However, I can't login to this game recently due to some reasons. I can only use FUT web app these days. Could EA help to resolve it to unblock the issue?

Or how can I open a ticket to EA directly instead of reporting it in forum?

Also, I checked my ban history, there is no ban record in my ban history.

If you're seeing a message that says you need to log in on the device you play FC 24 on, that is what will need to be done. We're not able to resolve this otherwise.

@EA_Aljo Thanks for your reply. However, there is no console with me in recent days, so I can't login to game to follow the instruction. I can only login to my FUT web app. And it has block to finish my SBC. So I'm wondering if EA can resolve the issue from server side?
