Champs reset request (Disconnection from multiple games)

Is it possible to restart weekend league? This week, Ultimate TOTS, is the most important weekend league of the year, and I was unable to get my normal rewards due to connectivity issues. I have disconnected from 8 or so games, causing me to miss out on the red player picks. If possible, I would like to have a reset on weekend league this week in order to get another chance at receiving red rewards, it is unfair to be unincluded due to lack of good servers. If anything can be done please let me know soon.

    I'm having the same issue and it's extremely frustrating, I have tried a wired connection and even then it cuts out mid game and states "you have lost connection to EA's servers". I've never had a consistent run online with this game, it's beyond a joke now.

    Did you power cycle your network equipment and console/PC when switching to a wire?

    Yes i've power cycled twice already and no change. Really disappointing.

    I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
