Please give the following steps a try to help with this error:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.
the only time that the ultimate team opened it right away close the ultimate team with this message was when I was in the main menu not even trying to play a match

I ran the connection quality report and says that I have a stable connection with above 90 score

Please attach a screenshot of your match results as well in that quality report so we can get a better look at how you're connecting.
If the steps above haven't helped, please also run the Connection Quality Report and attach your results to this thread for me.
