connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment

Does anyone have this problem, "Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment" I have had this problem since yesterday and it has not been solved.

Please run the Connection Quality Report linked in the post above so we can investigate further.

I ran the connection quality report and says that I have a stable connection with above 90 score

Please attach a screenshot of your match results as well in that quality report so we can get a better look at how you're connecting.

  @EA_Solaire I can’t even get into the ultimate team menu, I get the error before I can even get in.

  All other online modes run fine in my fc24 on my ps5 but the only problem is with ultimate team.
