I normally only play squad battles, so I guess there won't be many matches. After I sent the reply, I managed to play one friendly on the new friendly mode, but, then again, trying to start a squad battle or moments led to the error, also attached here.

Thank you! I'm seeing some packet loss here on your report, let's first try swapping to a hard-wired connection directly to your router/modem instead of WiFi- let me know if you see any improvement then.

In that case you'll want to get in contact with your internet service provider directly so they can look over your connection details further to see what's causing this packet loss for you.
I don't think the problem is packet loss, I talked to a friend that also has a ps4 and tried in his ps4 to start a squad battle. In my account, it did not work, in his account, it worked normally, there may be a problem with my account in general, but I don't think I am the only one, there are other people with this same error.
It’s pretty ridiculous that all this has to be done for a game that we all paid for. It worked perfectly fine before. Now well of a sudden it doesn’t. Clearly this is an EA issue I have the same problem for two days now.
Same issues here. Liquid battles doesn’t work and I started a rivals match and 6 mins in I got a penalty shot and couldn’t change my player. As I scored the game kicked me out said I DNF the game and can’t play anything. My internet is at 99 % my cable and wifi are running with no issues. It’s only this garbage game.

It was a broken Argentinian RB, it was stopping me from playing the game saying I cannot connect to ultimate team servers. It’s a joke that 1 player can break the whole game
I am also having the same problems but on ps5
Take Pablo Maffeo out of your squads if you have him in.
