So i've bought this game for 100 euros, and I can't even enjoy it, as I want to play on ultimate team and I can't. I am going to ask for a refund, this is extremely awkward for such a company to have troubles like this.

I have found out that there currently is an issue with connecting to Ultimate Team that we're working to resolve as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on the thread here for updates.
I don’t think that’s the same issue. We can access FUT, do SBCs, play moments…We can also join online games or squad battles and after finishing the game we’re kicked out of FUT.

Thank you, today I tried connecting via an ethernet cable and that seems to have worked as I haven't been randomly disconnected from the servers.
It could also be that the bug was resolved if there was one.
Yep! had a similar issue with FIFA 23 but not this bad. At the point today where I can't even get through a game. Trying to do a challenge on SB but I have now been booted off 5 games in a row (mid-game) and its stuck me with 3-0 losses. I daren't play rivals as it would be a pointless loss and penalize me with DNF modifier. I now only have 4 SB games left for the week and I'm guessing at least 10 this week have been 3-0 Ls due to disconnecting.
Using a wired connection on PS5, no internet issues (even my wireless achieved 98/100 on the ea connection test thing) I work from home and I have no connection issues with any other device/game, Just EA FC. Absolutely ruining my hopes of doing any objectives or even enjoying the game
Did you check if your PS5 has that as the wired connection as the main connection rather than the wifi? even if it's plugged in
Since switching to wired my PS5 randomly connected to WiFi one time and the problem came back before I told the PS5 to forget my wifi network.But maybe it's another issue, you could try tagging the EA HQ team member above to see if he can help too. Good luck!
